We serve the lower-middle market and exclusively focus on representing companies with revenues under $15 million in the manufacturing and distribution sectors. Seller Representation:

Redhawk Advisors works together with business owners to provide the focus and structure necessary to ensure a successful business sale.  Selling a business is emotional, time consuming, and complex. Our goal is to minimize the burdens on the business owner so they can remain focused on operating the business, ultimately ensuring maximum value at the time of sale. The process we use is exclusively customized to each business and is always designed to maintain confidentiality and maximize shareholder’s value.
 

    Analysis and Valuation of  the Deal:
    Redhawk Advisors will perform an in-depth analysis of the history of the business, financial statements, operation, markets, products, and the industry to ensure a realistic valuation. Using market data, as well as an array of valuation methods, we work with sellers in developing an initial market price.

    Managing the Deal:
    Redhawk Advisors works with qualified strategic buyers to manage the process. We require all potential buyers to sign a confidentiality agreement before viewing sensitive business information. Confidentiality is extremely important.

    Closing the Deal:
    Redhawk Advisors negotiate in principle the deal structure with the strategic buyer. We then assist all parties through the due diligence phase of the transaction. Once in the due diligence phase of the transaction, we will attend to every detail until the competition of the transaction.

Buyer Representation:

Redhawk Advisors represents the Seller in the majority of business opportunities however; we also offer representation to corporate buyers seeking strategic acquisition. We can target search for companies that fit your criteria and make third party inquiries into these businesses on your behalf. We will assist with negotiating the terms of the transaction, the due diligence phase and closure of the transaction. Confidentiality is very important.
